Natural eyebrow microblading is a form of semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing that uses a handheld tool to create fine hair strokes for natural, fuller-looking brows. Microshading combines microblading strokes with soft powder shading for a fuller, more defined look.

Natural Eyebrow Microblading
For clients with good brows who want to add strokes for a natural, fuller, made-up look. This is a very natural permanent makeup — touch-ups are a great way to add more fullness.
Includes brow shaping, color selection, and numbing.
Not for clients who have had previous microblading or brow tattooing.
Sparse Eyebrow Microblading
For clients whose brows are not too thin and not too full, with sparse or bald spots, who want fuller-looking brows.

Microblading Level 1 — Very Thin Eyebrows
For clients with very thin eyebrows. If you’re unsure whether you’re a good candidate, book a virtual consultation first.

Microblading Level 2 — Microblading Cover-Up
For clients who have had microblading or permanent brow makeup done by another artist. Previous work should be at least 80% faded. A virtual consultation is recommended before booking.

Microshading Level 1
For clients with thin eyebrows and no previous work. Combines microblading and powder brows.
Includes brow shaping, color selection, and numbing.
Microshading Level 2
For clients who have had permanent makeup in the past. Includes color correction and cover-up; brows must be at least 80% faded.
Includes brow shaping, color selection, and numbing.
Microshading Level 3
For clients with no eyebrows and no previous work. A full set of brows is designed and created from scratch, combining microblading and powder brows.

Keep Them Fresh
Touch-Ups & Color Boosts
Microblading is a multi-step process, so touch-ups are required. We work conservatively in your first session — it’s easier to add than to erase. At your touch-up we fill in any gaps or faded spots and can add thickness or go darker. Results typically last 12–18 months, and we recommend a yearly color boost to keep brows looking fresh. Touch-ups are for existing Modern Beauty OC brow clients only.

Microshading Perfecting Color Boost
For clients who want to add more strokes and shading, within 6–8 weeks of the initial appointment.
Microblading Yearly Touch-Up
A yearly refresh for existing clients. Brows and strokes must be at least 60% intact; if brows have faded 80% or more, a new set is required.
