Appointment & Refund Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to accommodate the next appointment, and the full service price will still apply. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late and there is insufficient time to complete your service, your appointment may be cancelled and charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

Service Refunds

All completed services are nonrefundable. If you have a concern about your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss it and determine an appropriate next step. Complimentary adjustments are offered at our discretion.

Retail Returns

Unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Opened or used products are final sale, except where required by law.
